1. Information We Collect Directly

Jump Pipe does not require user registration, accounts, or login. We do not directly collect, store, or transmit your name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts, or precise GPS location. Your high score (Best Score), sound preferences, and language preferences are stored strictly locally on your device using standard local storage.

2. Advertising & Third-Party SDKs (Google AdMob)

To keep Jump Pipe free to play, we use Google AdMob to display banner ads, interstitial ads, and optional rewarded video ads (such as reviving on the current pipe).

Google AdMob may automatically collect and process certain non-personal and device-level information, including:

• Device identifiers such as Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA, only if you grant permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt) or Google's Android Advertising ID (AAID);
• Coarse location data (country/region derived from IP address) for ad relevance and fraud prevention;
• Ad interaction metrics (impressions, clicks, and video completion events for in-game revives);
• Diagnostic and crash performance logs.

3. Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) & Opt-Out Rights

On iOS devices, Jump Pipe respects your choice on Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", we will not access your IDFA and will only serve non-personalized contextual advertisements. You can change your ad tracking permissions at any time in your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (on iOS) or Settings → Google → Ads (on Android).

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR / LGPD)

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. All gameplay data (scores and settings) remains on the user's device, and ad requests comply with applicable platform privacy standards, including GDPR (Europe), LGPD (Brazil), and COPPA (United States).

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Because FanyBros does not store personal user data on external servers, you can erase all locally saved game progress (such as your Best Score) at any time simply by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's cache/storage in your device settings.
